My office is in Central West End (East of Forest Park) located in the same building as the Central West End Starbucks.

I do not accept insurance, although some clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits to help offset the cost of therapy.

Yes, sessions with me will happen in person–I only use virtual if necessary (COVID exposure, illness, emergency travel, etc.)

For 50 minutes, individual sessions are $120, and couple sessions are $140. Occasionally we may decide that a 90 minute session is beneficial, in which case individual sessions would be $220 and couples would be $260.

During your first appointment, we will get to know each other and talk in detail about your hopes for therapy. You don’t have to worry about what to say—I will ask questions to get to know your history and frustrations, and then I will share my observations so we can work together to establish your goals.

It is different for everyone! I like an approach in which we work together on a consistent basis until you experience the changes you need, and then we shift to whatever frequency supports maintenance for you. Some people are done after a few months, and some people prefer to develop a relationship and meet with me as needed for years. If you decide to work with me, we will discuss this together!

A Good Faith Estimate reflects the range of costs that I think are likely for a new client's care over the time period covered by the estimate. Depending on the way our work together progresses, however, you may find that you desire more or fewer sessions than recommended. When you schedule your first appointment, you will receive a GFA from me in your intake paperwork.
